Once the user has been informed of this unavailability, the contract is automatically considered terminated in respect of the unavailable item, and the user is guaranteed not to incur any costs on account of the cancellation of the order in respect of the unavailable item, with the amount shown on the user’s card statement being cancelled in due proportion. The contract will remain in force and will produce its normal effects with regard to any other items ordered, unless the user indicates otherwise.

The exchange rate used by the credit card company may not be exactly the same as that shown at the time of purchase.
The price shown for each product does not include transportation costs, but does include the VAT rate in force in Portugal.

We reserve the right to change product prices without prior notice.
When an order is placed and confirmed, the prices of the products will be valid for the duration of that specific process.



Users with a bank account with a Portuguese bank will be able to settle their orders using the Multibanco payment system.

You must pay for your order using our IBAN provided at the time of ordering.

The shipping costs for the items ordered will be added to the order value in the process of completing the order.

Shipping costs will be automatically updated when the order is completed.
The shipping costs do not include any import duties that may be levied on entry into the customer’s country of destination.

Delivery times may be slightly longer during vacation periods, vacations and public vacations. Apart from these exceptions, the normal delivery times will be:
– Portugal 24 hours
– Europe 72 hours


For all shipments to European Union countries, prices include VAT at the legal rate in force in Portugal.
Customs Duties and/or Taxes for non-EU countries, we can’t predict what these costs might be.
If orders are subject to any additional charges, these will be levied directly by customs in the country of destination. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

All orders require a signature upon delivery.
You cannot change the delivery address of orders once they have been dispatched.
The delivery times indicated above are merely indicative and do not take into account possible delays caused by problems with payment authorizations or customs clearance in the country of destination.

During the registration process on our site, the user will have to provide their personal address details.
Orders will be delivered to the address defined as the user’s address. If the user wishes the order to be sent to an alternative address, this must be indicated when the order is completed.

The customer is requested to carefully inspect the order/packaging upon delivery of all shipments BEFORE signing the delivery document.
If, for any reason, the packaging appears to be tampered with, please sign the delivery document with reservations, or refuse delivery.
If you accept delivery of the order with reservations, or if you refuse it, please complain to the carrier immediately and contact us.
If, for any reason, the order cannot be delivered to the address provided by the user at the time of purchase, there is a risk that it will be returned to us. These costs will be deducted from the refund to the user.
If the order is not successfully delivered to the user’s address, due to any lack of cooperation from the user (wrong telephone number, wrong or incomplete address, non-compliance with import regulations, etc.), there may be a risk that the order will be returned to Portugal, any import taxes that may be charged upon re-entry into Portugal, these costs will be deducted from any possible refund.

Shipping costs will not be refunded in the case of undelivered orders.
The cost of returning undelivered orders may also be subject to additional charges for taxes and costs or charges levied by customs or other entities which, in no case, will be reimbursed by us.

We guarantee each order during the transit period until it is delivered to the user.
All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility passes to the user.
If you designate a recipient other than yourself for the purposes of delivery, then you accept the evidence of a signature as proof of delivery and compliance on our part and the corresponding transfer of liability in the same way.

All prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in force in Portugal.
For all non-EU countries in Europe and the rest of the world, customs duties may apply.
These costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
If these costs are not paid by the buyer and the order has to be returned to us, the cost of the return will be taken from the payment made.



All customers have the right to a refund
In accordance with article 6 of Decree-Law no. 143/2001, of April 26, the customer has a period of 14 days in which to withdraw from the contract without payment of compensation and without having to state the reason, a period which begins on the day the order is received by the customer.
If, for any reason, the user is not satisfied with an order, the item can be returned within 14 days for a size exchange or refund.
All transportation costs will be paid by the user.

– The user must send us an email within 14 days of the delivery date, indicating the ORDER NUMBER, PRODUCT CODE and REASON FOR RETURN.
– Any customs duties, taxes or additional charges that you may have will not be reimbursed by us.
– If all or part of the order is returned, we will refund the amount paid by the user (excluding shipping costs).

The user can choose between two forms of compensation:

Items can be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value (if you choose a higher value item, you will receive an email with information on how to pay the extra).
In the case of an exchange, we do not charge any additional costs for shipping the new item.
Once the items to be exchanged have been received and checked, the new item will be dispatched immediately.
As with returns, any customs duties, taxes or additional costs you may incur will not be reimbursed by us in the event of an exchange of items.

Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned items have been checked and accepted.
In the case of orders paid for by credit card, the refunded amount will be available on the customer’s card account within approximately 10 days, or on the next card account statement. The processing time may vary according to the credit card company.
Orders paid for via Paypal will be refunded to the original account.
For refunds to intra-Community countries, VAT will also be charged back.
Returns and exchanges must reach our facilities within 10 days of dispatch and respect the following conditions:
– Items must be returned with all original labels, packaging and other accessories sent with the order.
– Returns must be packed in the original box.
– In the case of defective items or incorrect merchandise, the user must follow the instructions above.
– We do not accept the return of items that do not comply with the procedures of the terms and conditions of the return policies. Such items will be returned to the sender, to the address of the original shipment, at the user’s expense.

The return of defective items will only be accepted if the items are already defective at the time of delivery to the user.
We go to great lengths to carefully check all items for any defects before shipping them out.
We reserve the right to request photographic support for defective items or wrongly sent goods before authorizing the return, for the purpose of reimbursing transport costs and Import Duties.
All items returned as defective will be duly inspected upon receipt and all items subject to wear and tear considered normal will not be considered defective.
Defective items will be exchanged for an identical item, subject to availability.
If the user does not wish a replacement item to be sent to them, they should make this request by email.
Defective items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Refunds for defective items will take place within 30 days of receipt of the returned items.
If it is not possible to replace the defective item, we will refund the amount paid using the payment method originally used, in the same amount paid by the user.

All sales of sale items (items with a price reduction) are final.
It will not be possible to return or exchange items with a balance, and the conditions for returns, refunds and exchanges do not apply.
