Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned items have been checked and accepted.
In the case of orders paid for by credit card, the refunded amount will be available in the customer’s card account within approximately 10 days, or in the next card account statement. The processing time may vary according to the credit card company.
Orders paid for via Paypal will be refunded to the original account.
For refunds to intra-Community countries, VAT will also be charged back.
Returns and exchanges must reach our facilities within 10 days of dispatch and respect the following conditions:
– Items must be returned with all the original labels, packaging and other accessories sent with the order.
– Returns must be packed in the original box.
– In the case of defective items or incorrect merchandise, the user must follow the instructions above.

The return of defective items will only be accepted if the items are already defective at the time of delivery to the user.<\/p>\n

We reserve the right to request photographic support for defective items or wrongly sent goods before authorizing the return, for the purpose of reimbursing transport costs and Import Duties.<\/p>\n

All items returned as defective will be duly inspected upon receipt and all items subject to wear and tear considered normal will not be considered defective.<\/p>\n

Defective items will be exchanged for an identical item, subject to availability.
